Brian Regli

Brian has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the real estate, software, technology, utility, and natural resources industries.  Most recently, Brian served as Executive Director of Critical Investments for Governor Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania. In that role, he was responsible for the deployment of more than $21 billion of federal formula funds for infrastructure and clean energy projects and built a cross-functional and departmental team that secured an additional $1.2 billion from competitive programs.  Dr. Regli holds a Ph.D in Comparative Politics and Developmental Economics from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Government and Philosophy from Georgetown University.
