Matt Stiasny is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 15 years of combined experience in geothermal and oil & gas engineering, primarily focused on drilling, completions, and workover/intervention. As the founder and principal engineer of Drift Consulting Solutions, LLC, Mr. Stiasny brings a hands-on approach to engineering advisory and project management, helping clients succeed in complex and high-stakes energy projects. He has earned both a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership capabilities.
