Atlanta, October 27-29, 2025

Teverra LLC took center stage at the Advancing Data Center Construction (ADCC) 2025 conference in Atlanta, where the company presented its cutting-edge subsurface cooling solution for high-density infrastructure. Dr. Hamed Soroush, President of Teverra, emphasized that the rapid escalation of data traffic has made facility cooling not just an operational cost, but a strategic competitive advantage.

Teverra’s Cold-ResStor™ technology—which utilizes the subsurface to deliver ultra-efficient cooling—was positioned as capable of reducing electricity consumption for cooling by up to 80 per cent, cutting cooling costs to one-third, and lowering CO₂ emissions by some 75 per cent.

At the event, Teverra engaged with hyperscale operators, data-center developers, and sustainability leads, to showcase how the subsurface can serve as both thermal storage and peak cooling buffer. The company said the solution can support both new build and retrofit applications—highlighting that cooling infrastructure must evolve as digital demand soars.

The appearance reinforced Teverra’s commitment to applying its subsurface engineering and geothermal experience into adjacent markets—particularly energy-intensive digital infrastructure.
