Hazhir Rasouli, MSc, PMP

Hazhir Rasouli is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in project management, coordination, and site inspection across industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) construction projects, with extensive expertise in oil, gas, petrochemical, and refinery construction management.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, where he received advanced training in strategic planning, cost and risk control, agile methodologies, procurement, and leadership. He also holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Azad University of Tehran and a Bachelor’s degree from Azad University of Karaj.

At TEVERRA, Hazhir serves as a Project Manager, leading a range of research, development, and commercial energy projects. Before joining TEVERRA, he held key roles including Construction Manager at SAZEH Consultants Engineering and Construction, where he directed petrochemical refinery construction and Project Coordinator at Petropars, managing the construction of blast-resistant buildings and overseeing contractor billing and progress approvals.
