Hazhir Rasouli, MSc
Project Manager
Hazhir Rasouli is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 18 years of experience in project management, coordination, and site inspection across industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) construction projects, as well as extensive expertise in oil, gas, and petrochemical refinery construction management.
He holds a graduate certificate in Project Management from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, where he gained advanced training in strategic planning, cost and risk control, agile methodologies, procurement, and leadership. He also holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Azad University of Tehran and a bachelor’s degree from Azad University of Karaj.
At TEVERRA, Hazhir serves as a Project Manager, overseeing a range of research, development, and commercial projects. Prior to joining TEVERRA, he held key roles such as Construction Manager at SAZEH Consultants Engineering and Construction, where he led petrochemical refinery construction efforts, and Project Coordinator at Petropars, managing the construction of blast-resistant buildings and ensuring accurate contractor billing and progress approvals.
