Teverra was honored to participate in the Clean Energy Business Network (CEBN) 2026 Capitol Hill fly-in, joining ten small businesses from across the United States for a series of 25 meetings with congressional offices. The discussions focused on the critical role of federal investment in advancing energy innovation.

Representing Teverra, Emily Bowers engaged with staff from multiple congressional offices, including Senator Scott (SC), Senator Kennedy (LA), Senator Ossoff (GA), Representative Williams (GA), and Representative Clyde (GA). These meetings highlighted how geothermal advancements can contribute to a more reliable, resilient, and always-on power grid.

The Teverra team was encouraged by the strong interest and positive engagement from federal leaders regarding the potential of geothermal energy. The event reinforced the importance of continued collaboration between industry and policymakers to support innovation in the energy sector.

Teverra looks forward to building on these discussions and continuing its federal outreach efforts throughout the year.
